How the Plan works
Each of the five steps in The Plan has been carefully developed to optimally progress your learning leadership development program, based on extensive, evidence-based practice.

Initial Consultation

Audit Process
Based on decades of industry and consulting experience, along with extensive testing across universities, we have developed a learning leadership audit to assess the 10 dimensions of your workplace learning culture using 52 measures. We ask the critical questions and provide:

Post-Audit Review
Presentation of audit report and discussion of strengths and opportunities and the Institute's recommendation for people development. Discussion of using learning modules and their delivery as part of your people development program. Connection of learning modules with your CPD strategy.

Module Delivery
These modules have been developed from a genuine and deep understanding of what is required to be a learning leader. They develop key leadership capabilities in your people by harnessing existing knowledge and professional experience, enabling the leader to be a mentor and guide future employee development and enhancing existing employee leading and development. They are delivered at different levels, depending on the participants' experience, and typically involve six sessions delivered in a small group face-to-face format. Lessons learnt from these modules provide the edge for driving innovation and capability development across the organisation.
The modules are registered with the CPD Group for 18 CPD hours each.

05
Closing the Loop
Within six months, a second audit will be conducted to measure the improvements achieved through the previous module training stage and identify any further opportunities for learning capability development in your business, and to provide you with an opportunity to provide further input into future capability development.
