Diploma Programs
The modules have been developed from a major research project which has created a comprehensive map of the capabilities necessary to be a learning leader. They develop key leadership capabilities by harnessing existing knowledge and professional experience and enhancing employee leadership and development.
The modules are delivered over six sessions in a small group face-to-face format. Lessons learnt from these modules provide the capability for driving innovation and performance development across the organisation.

The modules can also credit toward a Diploma. The modules are grouped into a number of equivalent Diplomas, designed for different professional needs and levels of experience. Once six modules have been completed, participants are invited to a one-day forum, which includes high-level presenters. Attendance at the forum is required before the Diploma is awarded. These forums are normally offered twice per year.
